This being our last official week of summer, I am trying to catch up on so many things including our blog! So this week it will be a crash blogging week!
Living out in the country and near standing water we have tons of mosquitoes at night and the early morning. So we enjoy summer nights until about 8:00 in the evening and have to come in, it is just a fact of life out here. However, when the wind kicks up, the mosquitoes take cover and we can actually stay outside until dusk. This was one of those summer nights where the kids wanted to play baseball in our front field of dreams.
Tommy has really never played baseball, so everyone was helping him learn how to bat, even Grandpa Gus got in on the action. Over all it was a rare and fun night out side.
