Guess which cool cat is turning 14 today! Yep, It is Tanner! I can hardly believe that 14 years have gone by since he was just a little baby placed in our arms. He is growing up and is a full blown teenager. Some say he is the spitting image of Jeff, and others can see a little of my brother Jon in him, especially the picture of him in the BYU hat.
I am sure that sometimes he feels like he is in jail, being the oldest. Where he always is having to be my helper, sacrifice child with fast legs,(Inside family joke) and someone who I really depend on.
However, he can't feel to bad as he gets more privileges of doing more and staying up later than any other of his siblings.

He is in full blown teenage mode, where back talking, sassing, & attitude are all part of everyday life. However we know, "this too shall pass", and that someday we will laugh at all the teenage years. So Happy Birthday Tanner, we sure love you and all that you add to our family!
